Pygmalion launches digital facilities management solution
- London, 07 December 2007
Pygmalion has launched Digital Facilities Manager, a web enabled application that manages building hand-over documentation electronically. The solution provides easy access to all the information necessary to operate complex buildings and engineering systems efficiently and cost effectively.
-
- The Digital Facilities Manager collates various project information – mechanical, electrical, civil and building – in one integrated, easy to search database repository. It addresses the requirements for O&M, Health and Safety and the Building Log Book. These records can be accessed online and are available to the owner for the whole life of the building.
-
- The Digital Facilities Manager can be implemented at any stage of the building’s lifecycle – during project planning, tendering, construction, handover or subsequent stages – thus presenting a cost effective solution to construction firms, contractors as well as building and facility owners.
-
- In addition to the application itself, Pygmalion offers a complete facilities management solution encompassing project management, implementation, training and on-going support.
