Pygmalion launches digital facilities management solution
London, 07 December 2007

Pygmalion has launched Digital Facilities Manager, a web enabled application that manages building hand-over documentation electronically. The solution provides easy access to all the information necessary to operate complex buildings and engineering systems efficiently and cost effectively.

The Digital Facilities Manager collates various project information – mechanical, electrical, civil and building – in one integrated, easy to search database repository.  It addresses the requirements for O&M, Health and Safety and the Building Log Book. These records can be accessed online and are available to the owner for the whole life of the building.

The Digital Facilities Manager can be implemented at any stage of the building’s lifecycle – during project planning, tendering, construction, handover or subsequent stages – thus presenting a cost effective solution to construction firms, contractors as well as building and facility owners.

In addition to the application itself, Pygmalion offers a complete facilities management solution encompassing project management, implementation, training and on-going support.
