Infrastructure Optimization Model
To assess the current state of the IT environment and to subsequently improve processes in terms of costs, security risks and operational agility, Pygmalion uses the Infrastructure Optimization Model from Microsoft. The model enables Pygmalion to present organisations with a detailed plan including costs to move to an optimised and well managed infrastructure.
